Sam's Club - - Responsibilities:
Handle returns, zone area, organize merchandise, and identify shrink and damages;
Provide member service by maintaining exit areas, acknowledging the member, and identifying member needs;
Assist members with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, and resolving issues, including self-checkout;
Assist with transactions utilizing self-checkout area and payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges per policies;
Assist with training of Member Frontline Service associates and ensuring process improvements
