Bilingual Retail Customer Service Specialist — English​/Spanish

A leading paint and coatings company in Odessa, Texas is seeking Customer Service Specialists who will provide excellent service to wholesale and retail customers. Candidates must be 18+, authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship, and able to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish. Responsibilities include assisting customers in person and over the phone, processing transactions, and meeting sales goals.

This role may require lifting and carrying items up to 70 lbs. and working evening and weekend hours.
