Retail Associate/ Customer Service, Retail Sales
Greet customers on sales floor, directs them to product or to parts specialist. Check out customers and deter shoplifters. Keep the front area stocked and fronted, stock merchandise according to planograms or displays, and complete sales preparation.

Essential Job Functions- Merchandiser duties: greet customers, assist in location of merchandise, direct hard parts needs, check in, price and put up stock, keep display floor full and clean, make display changes per planograms, make price changes, ensure sale signs in place, manage sale flyer rack, remove sale material when sale ends, assist with stock adjustments, cycle counts, overstock returns, work with manager on store To Do List and team weekly tasks, act as shoplifting deterrent/front floor security, assist with O’Reilly Image Maker responsibilities.
- Cashier duties: check out customers, handle merchandise returns, assist express lane, finish tickets, process payments.
- Required: Good aptitude for number sequences, good interpersonal communication skills, good organizational skills.
- Desired: Previous cashier and/or stocking experience, ability to drive a manual transmission vehicle, fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired).
