Overview

GM and Food (General Merchandise, Closing, Fulfillment, Inbound, Food and Beverage, Starbucks) (T1506) role s position involves general merchandise and food sales responsibilities with a focus on store processes, inventory, pricing, and guest service.

• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests as you complete daily tasks and engage with guests to assist with their needs.
• Support daily tasks assigned by leadership to align with business priorities, including receiving products, restocking shelves, organizing the backroom, arranging merchandise, and putting up promotional signs for GM areas.
• If certified, operate power equipment to move merchandise or store fixtures.
• Execute processes including price changes, merchandise set-up and maintenance, and inventory accuracy as directed by leadership.
• Learn and apply operational procedures related to merchandise setup, stock levels, and store organization to impact inventory management, store profitability, and product availability.
• Be knowledgeable about store resources, products, and services to solve issues for guests and improve their experience.
• Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety, and compliance; work safely and report hazards.
• Support guest services such as back-up cashier and digital fulfillment processes (e.g., picking and packing orders or delivering pickup orders), while ensuring compliance with laws (e.g., adult beverage regulations).
• All other duties based on business needs.

• Flexible work schedule (nights, weekends, holidays) with reliable attendance.
• Work in varying temperatures, humidity, and other elements while performing duties such as drive-up or carryout.
• Ability to remain mobile for the duration of a scheduled shift.
