We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Back Waiter to join our team at our busy restaurant. The Back Waiter will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the dining room, including setting and clearing tables, and ensuring that all areas are well-stocked and presentable at all times. The successful candidate will have a strong work ethic and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• Set and clear tables, including setting up tableware, condiments, and other amenities
• Stock supplies, such as linens, napkins, and glassware
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining room, including sweeping and mopping floors
• Assist servers with refilling drinks and bringing out food orders
• Relay customer complaints and concerns with grace and professionalism to manager.
• Other duties as assigned

• Previous experience or in a similar role is preferred
• Strong work ethic and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 50 pounds)
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Fluency in English is required; additional language skills are a plus
