DaVita is seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse to deliver compassionate care in an outpatient dialysis center. This role offers an opportunity to make a significant difference in the lives of patients with end‑stage renal failure or chronic kidney disease.

• No dialysis experience is required.
• Training may take place in a facility or a training clinic other than your assigned home clinic.
• Float to various clinics during and after your training.
• You must have a flexible schedule and be able to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Build meaningful, long‑term relationships with patients and their families in an intimate outpatient setting.
• Be part of a supportive team that relies on each other in a positive environment.
• Deliver care to patients who often have multiple comorbidities, requiring unique treatment plans and a broad range of nursing skills.

• Current LPN/LVN license in the state of practice.
• Current CPR certification.
• IV certification if required by state regulations.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completed training program approved by the medical director and governing body as required by CMS guidelines.
• BONENT or CHT certification preferred or as required by state regulation.
• Minimum of one year of experience in a hospital or clinical setting preferred.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Word and Outlook; functional proficiency in DaVita systems required within 90 days of hire.
