Machinist II

Job Responsibilities

• Operating CNC lathes and mills to produce parts according to specifications.
• Conducting dimensional inspections and documenting results.
• Monitoring machine functionality and ensuring proper operation.
• Maintaining a clean work area and adhering to safety protocols.
• Documenting manufacturing processes in the ERP system.
• Reading and interpreting blueprints.
• Performing setups and adjustments to ensure part alignment.
• Manual adjustments through grinding or drilling.
• Inspecting work for conformity to specifications using precision measuring instruments.
• Maintaining equipment and work area cleanliness.
• Practicing safe work habits.
• Other duties as assigned.

• High School Diploma / GED
• Ability to pass a drug screen & background check.
• Flexibility to work overtime and changing schedules.
• Multitasking ability in a fast-paced environment.
• Physical capability to perform tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs. regularly and occasionally up to 70 lbs.
• Adaptability to evolving work requirements in a team setting.
• Certification to operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and cranes.
• Familiarity with various metal-cutting machinery.
• Standing, Walking, Bending/Stooping, Push/Pull, and Repetitive Movement up to 12 hours daily.
• Lifting weights up to 50 lbs. Regularly
