Experienced Hardband Operator – Production-Focused / Quality-Driven
We are looking for a skilled Hardband Operator who understands both production efficiency and quality control. This position is for someone who knows how to run equipment, manage wire properly, hit ends-per-hour targets, and maintain weld integrity.
What We Expect:- Experience running Coffey hardbanding units
- Ability to perform removal, build-up, and double pass applications
- Understanding of weld profiles, wire specs, and proper heat control
- Ability to track and meet production targets
- Commitment to safety and clean work practices
- Experience with Postle or Arnco wire
- Ability to troubleshoot equipment issues
- Strong work ethic and accountability
