Assemble, test and paint wellhead and frac rental equipment.

• Practice safe work habits and comply with all quality, safety, health and environmental policies, procedures, programs and regulations.
• Inspect, operate and test completed products to verify functioning and conformance to requirements.
• Position and/or align components for assembly, manually or using hoists.
• Torque connections using manual and hydraulic torque wrenches.
• Adjust, repair, rework, or replace parts and assemblies to eliminate malfunctions and to ensure proper operation.
• Read and interpret assembly drawings or standard operating procedures.
• Maintain and lubricate parts or components.
• Perform other regular duties as assigned or requested.

High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED); or a minimum of 2 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

None required.

Knowledge of wellhead and frac rental equipment preferred.

This job has no supervisory responsibilities.

• Regularly required to stand; walk; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear.
• Regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel.
• Regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds; frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds; occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds.
• Close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

• Normally work in an inspection and assembly area.
• Occasionally may be exposed to hazards such as loud noise, heavy equipment, temperature extremes, toxic or caustic chemicals; risk of electrical shock.
• The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
