Job Summary: The Outlets Manager is responsible for ensuring attentive, friendly, courteous, and efficient service in The Restaurant, Bar, and Room Service, while maintaining adherence to budgeted payroll and overhead costs. He/she is also responsible for continually working towards improving the revenues of the Restaurant, Bar, and Room Service to exceed the budget. Exempt associates are expected to work as much of each workday as necessary to complete their responsibilities.

Exempt managers must regularly direct the work of at least three full-time associates or their equivalents. Primary duties must mainly involve administrative, executive, or professional tasks (>50%) and require discretion and independent judgment (>50%).

• At least 5 years of progressive experience in a hotel, restaurant, or related field; or a 2-year college degree with 3+ years of experience; or a 4-year college degree with at least 1 year of related experience.
• Supervisory experience is required.
• Proficiency in Windows OS, spreadsheets, and word processing.
• Effective communication skills.
• Ability to evaluate options quickly and accurately.
• Ability to work well under stress and maintain composure.
• Effective problem-solving skills and ability to interpret complex information.
• Good listening skills for understanding and resolving concerns.
• Ability to work with and understand financial data and basic math functions.

• Provide attentive, friendly, courteous, and service-oriented interactions with guests and staff.
• Maintain regular attendance as per hotel standards.
• Communicate regularly with the Director of Food & Beverage.
• Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming.
• Ensure safety and efficiency standards are met.
• Comply with certification requirements like Food Handlers, TABC, CPR, First Aid.
• Support training and development of F&B personnel.
• Address guest requests, issues, and complaints promptly and effectively.
• Manage staff scheduling, payroll, and performance evaluations.
• Implement promotional ideas and manage beverage costs.
• Ensure service standards are maintained and improve guest satisfaction.
• Participate in meetings and training sessions.
• Oversee inventory, financial reports, and compliance with policies.
• Lead initiatives to increase sales and improve operational efficiency.
• Maintain a professional relationship with staff, guests, and other departments.
• Oversee bar operations, including menu updates, inventory, and staff training.
• Ensure adherence to alcohol service policies and safety standards.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
