Overview
This position provides leadership for the health center site team and is responsible for the general operations of the assigned clinic. It manages the health center’s Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement (QA/PI) program. It directs and coordinates all site activities, including patient registration, revenue cycle and clinical functions. It coordinates QA/PI activities, including HRSA quality and privileging requirements, and collects, monitors, and reports data used to evaluate quality of care and performance of selected clinical and quality indicators.
It also assists with coordinating the Quality Committee meetings of the Family Health Clinic.
Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or business-related field is required. Licensed nurse or certified medical assistant preferred.
Training And ExperienceOne to three years’ experience in a medical practice is required. FQHC clinical experience preferred.
