C.T. Aide
Medical Center Health System
Position SummaryUnder the supervision of CT technologists, the CT Aide will assist in patient care, clerical & transport duties. They will also perform other assigned duties for which they have been specifically trained.
Qualifications- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. Acceptance to accredited radiology program preferred.
- Training and
Experience:
Must successfully complete computer training. Knowledge of some medical and technical terminology and hospital policies and procedures.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting.
- Sustained walking, standing, and sitting.
- Exposure to infectious diseases and ionizing radiation.
- Ability to work under stress.
- Varied working hours and shifts.
