• Perform X-ray imaging procedures with precision and care.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure patient safety.

• Maintain and calibrate X-ray equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development programs.
• Utilize pipelines to assess and achieve performance targets.
• Document and report imaging results accurately and promptly.
• Communicate effectively with patients to explain procedures.
• Engage in performance evaluations to track personal growth.
• Contribute to team meetings to discuss workflow improvements.
• Assist in mentoring new staff and sharing best practices.
• Stay updated on advancements in radiology technology and techniques.

• Valid certification as an X-Ray Technician in Texas.
• Willingness to participate in ongoing training and professional development.
• Experience in performing X-ray imaging procedures in a clinical setting.
• Experience in utilizing performance metrics and pipelines for goal achievement.
• Proficient in safety protocols and regulatory compliance standards.
• Ability to maintain and calibrate X-ray equipment independently.
• Strong communication skills to explain procedures to patients effectively.
• Demonstrated ability to document and report imaging results accurately.
• Engagement in team meetings focused on workflow improvements.
• Experience mentoring or training new staff in radiology practices.
