We’re seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist to join a compassionate Early Childhood Intervention (ECI) program serving infants and toddlers ages 0–3. This role is perfect for anyone who wants to make a meaningful impact during the most critical years of development!

• Work in a nurturing environment designed specifically for infants & toddlers.
• Partner with families and caregivers to support developmental growth.
• Provide services focused on habilitation and functional communication skills.
• Serve children across a 10-county region.
• Maintain accurate, thorough documentation of all services.
• Plan and deliver services for eligible ECI participants.
• Report directly to the Clinical Supervisor for strong guidance & support.
• Open to CFs — new grads encouraged to apply!

• Master’s Degree in Communication Sciences & Disorders or Speech-Language Pathology

• Current Texas SLP license (or eligibility).
• CCC required
