Environmental Health Safety Coordinator Weekend Shift

Job Overview

Shift Schedule- 5:30 AM- 6:00 PM Friday, Saturday and Sunday

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized EHS Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting daily operations by managing documentation, maintaining records, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. This position requires strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Maintain accurate records and documentation related to manufacturing processes and compliance.

Assist in the training and development of staff regarding safety protocols and operational procedures.

Conduct report writing to document incidents, inspections, and compliance checks.

Collaborate with EHS (Environmental Health and Safety) teams to ensure adherence to OSHA regulations.

Support root cause analysis for incidents or operational inefficiencies.

Stay informed about workers' compensation law and assist in related documentation as necessary.

Provide first aid and CPR assistance when required, ensuring a safe working environment for all employees.

Monitor compliance with EPA regulations within the manufacturing processes.

Previous experience in a clerical or administrative role is preferred, particularly within a manufacturing setting.

Familiarity with occupational health standards and EHS practices is advantageous.

Knowledge of report writing techniques and experience with root cause analysis methodologies are beneficial.

Understanding of OSHA regulations, workers' compensation law, and relevant safety protocols is highly desirable.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $29.00 - $33.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
