Experienced Blade Operator; Motor Grader Operator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Blade Operator to operate motor graders for civil construction and site development projects. The ideal candidate will have strong finish grading experience, the ability to read grade stakes and plans, and a commitment to safety and quality workmanship.

• Operate motor graders to perform fine and finish grading
• Shape and maintain roadways, building pads, and drainage systems
• Establish and maintain proper elevations and slopes per project specifications
• Read and interpret blueprints, site plans, and grade stakes
• Operate GPS and laser-controlled grading systems when applicable
• Conduct daily equipment inspections and perform basic preventative maintenance
• Coordinate with project managers, surveyors, and ground crews
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety policies
• Complete daily equipment logs and production reports

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience operating a motor grader (blade)
• Proven experience with finish grading and site prep
• Experience with GPS machine control systems preferred
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and elevations
• Valid driver’s license required
• Strong attention to detail and grade accuracy
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

• Ability to sit for extended periods while operating heavy equipment
• Ability to climb in and out of machinery safely
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds when necessary
