Project Coordinator - Prince Signs

• Manage the full lifecycle of signage projects from kickoff through completion
• Coordinate with sales, design, fabrication, and installation teams to ensure seamless project execution
• Develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, and deliverables
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring clear communication and expectations
• Monitor project progress and proactively address risks, delays, or challenges
• Ensure all projects meet quality standards, safety requirements, and customer specifications
• Manage vendor relationships, permitting processes, and scheduling of installations
• Track project costs and ensuring alignment with budget goals
• Drive continuous improvement in processes and project efficiency

• Proven experience in project management, preferably in construction, signage, manufacturing, or a related industry
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects at once
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage internal teams and external clients
• Problem‑solving mindset with the ability to adapt in a fast‑paced environment
• Experience with project management tools and Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of permitting, construction processes, or signage installation is a plus
• Bilingual or multilingual is a plus (English, Spanish, ASL)
• Must be able to pass a pre‑employment background check, drug test, and MVR check
