We are seeking a motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as a Leadership Development Program (LDP) Summer Intern. The LDP Summer Intern participates in a rigorous six to eight‑week program at one of several companies of Warren Equipment Company. During the program you will receive real‑time experience, gaining knowledge of Warren CAT, Warren Equipment Company, and practical leadership skills that contribute to your growth and to the organization’s success.

- Gain knowledge and experience in various aspects of Warren Equipment Company by working on multiple projects that impact the company’s business. You will receive guidance and feedback throughout the internship, allowing you to develop project‑management skills and a deeper understanding of the company.
- Other duties may be assigned.
- Minimum GPA of 3.0 (Business, agribusiness, industrial distribution/engineering, or similar discipline preferred).
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Proven character‑driven leadership experience.
