The Executive Assistant to the Executive General Manager (EGM) serves as a strategic operational partner to a senior leader overseeing seven automotive dealerships across the Permian Basin. This role goes beyond traditional executive support. It is designed for a disciplined, analytical professional who can interpret complex information, frame decisions, and drive execution across multiple locations. The Executive Assistant will help transform high-volume manufacturer communications, operational initiatives, and executive priorities into clear action plans that protect performance, compliance, and alignment.

- Monitor and evaluate communications from multiple manufacturers
- Review linked program details, policy changes, and compliance updates
- Distill complex information into concise executive summaries outlining:
- Operational impact
- Financial implications
- Risk exposure
- Required actions and deadlines
- Recommend implementation paths when appropriate
- Coordinate execution across locations and track completion
- Take ownership of executive-level initiatives from concept through execution
- Build structured implementation timelines
- Provide progress updates and identify risks before they escalated
- Prepare briefing materials, reports, and structured meeting agendas
- Frame options clearly when decisions are required
- Help evaluate operational and financial implications of new initiatives
- Serve as a thought partner in organizing priorities
- Interface confidently with General Managers and department leaders
- Ensure clarity of communication and follow-through
- Handle sensitive business and personnel matters with discretion
- Maintain organized documentation of initiatives and communications
- Strong analytical thinking and business judgment
- Ability to process complex information and extract what truly matters
- Clear, executive-level written communication
- High organizational discipline and attention to detail
- Professional presence and confidence interacting with senior leaders
- Financial and operational awareness
- Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, and Power Point
- Automotive experience preferred but not required.
Qualifications:
To be successful in this position, the individual must be able to perform each job responsibility satisfactorily, have a valid drivers license and acceptable driving record, complete a drug screening, background screening, and provide all government I-9 requirements. A combination of education, experience, and training is always considered.
