Job DescriptionWe are looking for a hands‑on HR Generalist to support the field operations. The ideal candidate should have strong communication (verbal and written), attention to detail, adaptability, high energy, time management (able to handle high volume in fast pace environment), critical thinking, sound judgement, exceptionally organized, and comparable experience. Compensation- $80,000 - $90,000 annually

Schedule off site safety training - Keep inventory, order, and issue PPE
- Update and maintain tracking spreadsheets
- Special projects
- Other duties and projects as assigned
- Must have strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Be organized and detail oriented
- Strength in professionalism and customer service
- Ability to work with minimal mistakes in a fast paced environment
- Must be able to type and use Microsoft Office
- Pass drug test and criminal background check
- 5-10 years of HR Generalist experience is a must
- Oilfield industry experience is a strong preference
- Knowledge in DOT compliance is preferred
