Your RoleAs an Automotive/Diesel Technician / Mechanic, you'll be at the forefront of delivering exceptional service to our guests. Your expertise will help diagnose and fix vehicles, ensuring that every customer leaves satisfied.
Key Responsibilities- Utilize your skills to diagnose and repair vehicles for our guests.
- Gain experience working on a diverse range of domestic and foreign vehicles.
- Conduct thorough and honest courtesy vehicle inspections.
- Collaborate with your team to quickly troubleshoot and resolve guest concerns.
- Uphold our high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization.
- Communicate effectively with the service department regarding guest needs.
- Work together with fellow technicians to meet deadlines and achieve outstanding results.
Qualifications:
- A positive attitude and a strong desire to serve guests and work collaboratively.
- 2+ years of experience as an automotive technician/mechanic.
- Diesel Technician / Mechanic experience is required.
- Knowledge of diesel fuel systems.
- ASE Certifications are preferred, or a plan to achieve them.
- Ability to diagnose and repair all makes/models of vehicles.
- Aptitude for learning new skills and processes.
- Occasionally lift and/or move over 100 pounds.
- Ability to work with tools on vehicles lifted above your head.
- Comfortable working in tight spaces as needed for repairs.
- Dexterity to efficiently use hand tools.
- Willingness to walk/stand for the majority of the workday.
- Ability to drive manual transmission vehicles.
- Proficient in navigating a computer.
