Roles & ResponsibilitiesAs a technician, you will be part of a collaborative team that values a family‑like atmosphere and is dedicated to delivering excellent customer service. Your responsibilities will include:
- Examine, diagnose, and repair vehicles
- Communicate with service team regarding repairs
- Provide labor time estimates
- Monitor repair time and update service advisors regularly
- Adhere to company policies on vehicle care and operation
- Complete documentation for client repairs
- Assist in mentoring technician trainees
- Attend company and factory training sessions
- Understand and comply with federal, state, and local regulations
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and occasionally move items over 100 lbs
- Manufacturer certifications and prior automotive experience preferred
- Dealership or professional auto repair experience
- Valid driver's license
- State Inspection license is a plus
- Ability to pass drug and background screenings
- Fulfillment of I‑9 employment eligibility requirements
To be successful in this role, candidates should be able to perform all listed responsibilities, hold a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record, and complete all required screenings and documentation. A mix of education, training, and experience will be considered.
