Welcome and assist current and future students.
Specific Position Duties
Answer incoming phone calls, ensure students sign in, answer financial aid questions, direct them to appropriate department, assist with completing FAFSA application, scan and link documents, keep supply room stocked, check mail, other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
Great communication skills and willingness to help students.
