In-person – Odenville, AL. Job Type: Part-time or Full-time. Pay: $20 per hour.

As an RBT you will provide individualized ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBA. You’ll work closely with clients to implement treatment plans, track progress, and support development of essential life, communication, and social skills in a structured and encouraging environment.

• Implement individualized ABA treatment plans under BCBA supervision
• Collect and record accurate session data
• Support skill development and behavior-reduction goals
• Maintain professionalism and positive rapport with clients and families
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities related to ABA and special education

• Current RBT Certification (required)
• Previous experience working with children or individuals with special needs (preferred)
• Experience with data collection and familiarity with ABA terminology (preferred)
• Understanding of HIPAA regulations and confidentiality practices (required)
• Experience with behavior management strategies and applied behavior analysis techniques (preferred)
• A background in special education, psychology, or a related field (beneficial)
