Varco Mac, LLC has an immediate need for a Project Intern. This position is responsible for assisting project managers of construction teams with the overall document control and data entry.

• Provide administrative and clerical support to project management construction teams
• Support and work closely with project managers and some field supervisors
• Assist with daily correspondence and documents
• Track and organize RFIs and submittals
• Input data into spreadsheets
• Participate in relevant project meetings
• Other tasks as assigned and/or developed

• In office position
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word and Excel)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
