The National Security Sector (NSS) combines technology-enabled services and mission software in cyber, logistics, security operations, and decision analytics to support defense and intelligence customers’ mission to defend against evolving threats.
Your greatest work is ahead. The NSS seeks a highly qualified Plans, Policy, and Doctrine Development Lead to provide expert guidance to planning activities that underpin United States Cyber Command (USCYBERCOM) Cyberspace Operational Support Services (COSS). You will lead the Plans, Policy, and Doctrine Development portion of Leidos on-site contract support for USCYBERCOM J3 (Operations), Cyber National Mission Force (CNMF), and Joint Task Force-Ares (JTF-ARES) in areas such as Cyber Operational Planning, Strategy & Doctrine Development, campaign assessments, and secure IT communications to improve relationships with partner nations.
You will oversee programs, initiatives, and projects under the task order, codify operational procedures and the Cyber Operations (CO) planning process, and support doctrinal development that informs the use of Cyberspace capabilities and future capabilities development.
This opportunity is in anticipation of a potential future contract award.
