Summer 2026 | Full-Time Paid Internship | Lake Country Dock Hounds Baseball

The Lake Country Dock Hounds, proud members of the American Association of Professional Baseball, are seeking an Entertainment Lead Intern for the 2026 season at Wisconsin Brewing Company Park in Oconomowoc, WI.

This internship is all about creating unforgettable moments for fans. From on-field promotions to theme nights and mascot appearances, you'll work with our Entertainment & Fan Experience team to bring energy, fun, and excitement to Dock Hounds games and events.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Work alongside the Entertainment & Fan Experience Manager to design and deliver memorable fan experiences.
• Assist with the coordination of on-field promotions, pre-game, and post-game activities.
• Support special entertainment initiatives, including giveaways, theme nights, live music, and professional acts.
• Contribute to the planning and execution of mascot and player appearances in the community.
• Help manage the 'Hounds Promo Crew and ensure smooth in-game promotional efforts.
• Write and produce in-game content, including between-innings entertainment.
• Capture digital photos of fans, promotions, and events to support social media and sponsor fulfillment.
• Promote the Dock Hounds brand in the community by helping deliver marketing materials as needed.
• Collaborate with other departments on game day and special events.

Internship Details

• Schedule: Mid-April-Mid-September 2026 (includes office hours, 50 home games, and community events such as concerts, festivals, and appearances).
• Compensation: Up to $3,000 for the summer.
• Location: Wisconsin Brewing Company Park, Oconomowoc, WI.
• Focus: Gain hands-on experience in live event production, fan engagement, and sports entertainment management.
