Well, buckle up, because Manny Euro Auto Service is looking for a Service Advisor/Writer/Estimator who’s as passionate about customer service as they are about closing a deal!

At our shop, you won’t just be pushing paperwork—you’ll be the face of the operation. You’ll guide our customers through the repair process, keep them in the loop about their car’s status and make sure they drive away happy.

You’re the trusted expert who makes car maintenance less stressful and—dare we say it—maybe even enjoyable?

What You’ll Be Doing (Besides Being Awesome)

• Sales first! Your main job is to sell repairs and services—because great service starts with the right recommendations.
• Be the voice of Manny Euro Auto Service. Answer calls like a pro and guide customers through their repair journey.
• Listen, inspect, and explain. Understand customer concerns, perform visual inspections, and break down repairs in a way that makes sense.
• Keep the workflow running smoothly. Oversee repairs, update customers, and make sure everything (and everyone) stays on track.
• Stay on top of parts. Work with techs to ensure the right parts are ordered, stocked, and ready to roll.
• Keep it organized. Maintain accurate records, handle warranties, and keep things running like a well-tuned engine.
