Warehouse Associate

Base pay range

$18.00/hr - $20.00/hr

Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking a dedicated Warehouse Associate to join their client's dynamic team in Oceanside, California. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various tasks related to the efficient operation of the warehouse and play a crucial role in ensuring smooth logistics and inventory management.

• Receive, inspect, and store incoming shipments of products and materials.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular cycle counts.
• Prepare and pack orders for shipment according to customer specifications.
• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
• Assist in loading and unloading trucks and containers.
• Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and free of hazards.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and improve efficiency.
• Report any discrepancies or issues to the warehouse supervisor.
• Comply with all safety regulations and company policies.

• Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Basic computer skills for inventory management and order processing.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy items (up to 50 pounds) safely.
• Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends if necessary.

Work hours will be 7am - 3:30pm M-F

$18 - 20 per hour
