Job Summary:

Our Professional Sales Representatives earn on average $55K+ annually.

Training Pay is $20 per hour for 2-6 weeks (no commissions).

Average Annual Earning Potential After Training: $36,000 - $60,000+ (inclusive of base, commission, and bonus).

COMPENSATION for this location:

• Training Pay: $20.00 per hour for 2-6 weeks (no commission)
• After Training:
  Base pay $18.00 per hour + commission on written sales
• Commission: UNCAPPED commission on written sales - 3% on La-Z-Boy Design Sales and 2% on other sales, other than La-Z-Boy Design Sales

• Drive sales by contributing to store goals and selling furniture, accessories and services
• Promote the Design program and assist the Designer to achieve sales goals
• Execute the La-Z-Boy selling process and provide a favorable customer experience
• Develop and utilize sales skills (approach, rapport, needs discovery, presentations, objections handling, closing, follow-up)
• Maximize store promotions and marketing initiatives
• Maintain knowledge of product features and benefits

• Schedule professional home consultations to present customized room designs and installation services
• Follow established design guidelines and support design-related functions in-store

• Provide the highest level of customer service
• Ensure informative and positive customer experiences
• Use Podium to ensure customer satisfaction and follow-up
• Provide timely responses to calls and emails and handle issues/complaints with appropriate solutions

• Maintain positive working relationships with store staff
• Assist to train, coach and develop new peers on product knowledge and selling skills
• Promote a culture of sales and service

• Maintain showroom appearance, manage displays, catalogs and design fabrics
• Complete daily order information, deposits, and customer records
• Accurately complete daily On-Point system logs
