PositionMichelin star rated Valle restaurant is hiring experienced line cooks. We offer competitive and flexible wages based on experience. Line cook levels can go up to a level 5 for most experience.
Our hourly rates for Valle culinary positions we are hiring for start at range from $21.50 - $26.00 / hour, depending on experience.

- Refined verbal communication skills.
- Culinary Degree or related experience preferred.
- 2+ years of previous line experience in a full-service restaurant. Preferably Mexican fine dining.
- Candidate should be able to perform all basic cooking skills.
- Able to work single station in the kitchen.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time.
- Must work well under pressure.
- Must be able to take direction from leader on recipes and follow recipes.
- Must have basic knife skills.
- Must have attention to detail.
- Must be available Tuesday-Saturday. Restaurant is open Tuesday – Saturday.
