The menu focuses on Baja-inspired dishes and sharing bites, plus a full array of craft cocktails with original recipes from our accomplished team of mixologists.

The Cook 5 will have in-depth skills and knowledge of all kitchen operations. This person is capable of producing a consistent product to meet and exceed guests  needs in a timely manner.

The hourly rate for this position is $25.00/hr

• Refined verbal communication skills.
• 4+ years of previous line experience preferred.
• Culinary degree or related hotel experience is preferred.
• Candidate should be able to perform all basic cooking skills.
• Able to work single station in the kitchen.
• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Flexibility to work in any outlet as necessary to assist as business requires.
• Knowledge of temperature and sanitation guidelines.
