Independent franchisee-owned McDonald’s restaurant seeking an experienced Shift Manager to lead daily operations, ensure quality service, maintain safety standards, and support crew performance.

• Lead shifts, ensuring fast, accurate, friendly service to customers.
• Plan and monitor each shift, taking action to meet McDonald’s standards for quality, service and cleanliness.
• Monitor safety, security and profitability; communicate with the next Shift Manager to prepare them for a successful shift.
• Help assigned departments meet targets and support team goals.
• Oversee Food Safety, Internal Communication, Inventory Management, Daily Maintenance, Crew Management, Quality Food Production, Customer Service, Safety & Security, Scheduling, and Training.

Previous leadership experience in a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment is preferred. Must be 18 years or older.
