A leading life sciences company located in Oceanside, CA, is seeking a Bioassay Scientist / Research Associate. This role involves developing and validating bioassays to support biological drug development. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific discipline with at least 2 years of experience or a Master's degree with at least 1 year of experience.
Proficiency in ELISA and cell-based assays, along with strong data analysis skills, is required for success. The position is 100% onsite, working Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM.
