• Generating leads and leveraging technology platforms for the real estate business in North County San Diego
• Delivering listing presentations and engaging in meetings with prospective clients in the area
• Staying informed about the latest market trends and conditions specific to North County San Diego
• Weekly team meetings and goal-setting appointments

• Must have closed a minimum of 5 transactions in the last 12 months or GCI of $200,000
• Must be open to working all over San Diego County
• Should have experience with buyers and sellers
• Have a good understanding of the market and how to achieve more listings

Commission based: $102,000 per year
