QC Analyst I

Role Overview

BEPC is seeking a QC Analyst I to support quality control testing activities in a regulated laboratory environment. This role is ideal for candidates early in their career who are eager to gain hands‑on experience in quality control, laboratory testing, and GMP‑regulated operations. The selected individual will support testing, documentation, and compliance efforts while working closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure product quality and safety.

Pay: $22.00-$29.47

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct quality control testing on products and materials
• Analyze test results and report deviations from specifications
• Ensure compliance with GMP and applicable regulatory standards
• Accurately document quality control procedures, results, and findings
• Assist with troubleshooting investigations and root cause analysis
• Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant laboratory environment

Qualifications

• 0–5 years of relevant experience
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Knowledge of industry best practices (preferred)
• Experience with laboratory testing (preferred)
• 0–5 years of experience with aseptic technique (highly preferred)

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Interview Process

• Initial 30‑minute phone screen with the RRP
• Follow‑up virtual panel interview for selected candidates

Contract: 12 months

Location: Onsite, Oceanside, CA
