Overview
Position Summary: The Regional Marketing Specialist is responsible for planning, developing, and executing integrated marketing strategies that strengthen brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and support store-level sales objectives. This role collaborates with leadership, regional teams, and external partners to implement community relations, events, digital marketing, branding, and market research initiatives consistent with company goals and brand standards.
EssentialJob Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain strategic marketing plans and calendars aligned with corporate and store-level objectives.
- Analyze marketing performance metrics and prepare reports evaluating the effectiveness of campaigns, events, and promotions.
- Review market research, consumer trends, and competitive activity within the natural foods industry to inform branding and marketing strategies.
- Identify, develop, and manage community partnerships, sponsor ships, and donation programs.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute in-store and off-site events, including logistics, staffing, vendor coordination, and post-event evaluation.
- Create event marketing materials, coordinate ticket sales when applicable, and support event setup and teardown.
- Execute marketing campaigns in collaboration with regional buyers and store managers, including signage placement, collateral distribution, and cross-merchandising initiatives.
- Ensure consistent corporate branding, messaging, and visual standards across merchandising, signage, advertising, and digital platforms.
- Develop and manage social media strategies, content calendars, and original branded content.
- Write engaging copy reflective of the company’s brand voice; monitor platforms and engage with audiences to grow followers and drive store traffic.
- Support multi-channel digital marketing initiatives, including email, web, and online advertising.
- Design and curate marketing and branding assets, which may include private label packaging, in-store signage, apparel, mailers, weekly ads, e-newsletters, and promotional materials.
- Capture and edit photography and video content, including in-store imagery, interviews, and promotional footage.
- Update website content and oversee online ordering and shopping platforms.
- Coordinate advertising placements and maintain relationships with local media outlets and public relations partners.

Requirements & Qualifications Qualifications Required Qualifications- Minimum 3years of experience in marketing, community relations, event marketing, or related fields.
- Experience developing marketing plans and executing creative initiatives within a defined or limited budget.
- Knowledge of or strong interest in the natural products or food industry.
- Proven ability to build professional relationships and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational, time management, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and design tools including Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva.
- Experience with multiple digital marketing channels, including social media and web platforms.
- Familiarity with the local community and regional marketplace.
- Experience supporting e-commerce or online ordering platforms.
Physical Requirements
- Primarily works in an office and retail store environment with frequent interaction in community and event settings.
- Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds in connection with events or marketing materials.
- Ability to use computers, cameras, and other office and creative equipment.
- Availability may include days, evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business and event needs.
- Position is based at one primary location with some local and regional travel required.
