Overview
The Marketing Specialist – Roofing & Stone will oversee customer support programs, marketing asset management, event planning, and vendor coordination for various roofing and stone products. This role reports directly to the Manager – Marketing to ensure smooth execution of marketing initiatives and alignment with business objectives.
This position is fully remote with some travel. Ideal candidate can reside anywhere in the United States.
Duties And Responsibilities- Customer & Account Support:
Maintain top account lists, co-op programs, and quarterly communications including development of monthly/quarterly SharePoint pages to update internal teams. - Project Management:
Coordinate with internal teams and agency partners to successfully execute product launches; develop and publish custom marketing collateral. - Marketing Asset Management:
Oversee merchandising programs, sample displays, marketing assets and signage updates, including reorders for low inventory items. - Event & Tradeshow Coordination:
Organize regional/national events, swag and promotional item orders, display and design assistance, and lead generation (including Salesforce alignment for iCapture). - Digital Tools & Platforms:
Process merchandising and collateral orders in Rock Gear, monitor and maintain PSG Geiger Store materials, update/maintain brand listings within Spec Link and update/maintain Design Hub pages per brand (ES, CS and DQ). Assist in Canto photo maintenance and updates. - Vendor & Budget Management:
Manage vendor setup, POs, payments, and budget tracking within specified GLs (primarily tied to subcontractors, merchandising and events).
- 3+ years of marketing experience (B2B preferred).
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and digital asset tools.
- Familiarity with SAP, Salesforce, and marketing automation platforms is a plus.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit; stand; walk; use hands to touch, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to stoop, kneel, or crouch. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
