As a Inventory Raw Operator you will be:

Responsible for receiving products, unboxing and inspecting raw materials.

What will my responsibilities include?

• Open order report and review incoming materials and prioritise receipts
• Unloading raw materials and placing them in designated warehouse space
• Receive, inspect and record shipments of raw material in ERP System
• Maintaining material traceability throughout the process
• Putting away prepaid consigned materials
• Inventory Management – bin changes, audit materials to ensure system integrity
• Safely operate a forklift to move raw materials
• Recycling coordination with internal department and external vendors of cardboard and metals
• Load, stack empty crates and/or pallets on trailer for recycling
• Material rejections during delivery or work in progress
• Support onsite TW material audits
• Other reasonable duties as business and operational needs dictate

What key skills and experience do I need?

• Requires the ability communicate verbally and in writing in a clear, easily understood manner
• Requires English verbal and written skills
• Ability to wear special PPE required to do the job (safety glasses)
• Experience working in a warehouse environment (e.g., order selector/picking product storage, product staging, powered pallet jack/forklifts, etc.)
  • Forklift certification through Steico
• Experience working with racking systems and loading/unloading pallets (e.g., pulling and placing pallets on/off vertical product racking systems and trucks, maximising storage by stacking products vertically, etc.)

Education:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year in a warehouse environment
• ERP experience is a plus
• Basic maths skills to perform basic calculations such as addition and subtraction
• General understanding of manufacturing processes and use of hand tools
