Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth and implement systems to increase member retention
• Keep lash stylists' calendars full; develop creative prospecting strategies to attract new clients and convert first-time customers weekly
• Lead daily operations efficiently, ensuring smooth functioning every hour
• Implement and enforce policies and procedures; coach staff effectively and ensure compliance
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards to pass all compliance audits
• Collaborate with owners to resolve issues proactively; communicate updates and issues transparently
• Analyze reports and analytics; provide strategic advice and innovative solutions to accelerate business growth
• Engage with sales and service teams; maintain high team morale and expectations
• Perform other duties as reasonably assigned by the business owner or franchise
