SUMMARY

Service employee's needs for uniforms, accessories and provide storage for employee's personal belongings. Issue new uniforms and garment bags for employees. Distribute paychecks to employees. Process laundry services on all types of uniforms, linens and items designated to be processed in the laundry.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Issue employee uniforms and garment bags.

Provides employees with uniform exchanges.

Issues garment bags to employees in need of one.

Stocks incoming and outgoing inventory.

Maintain uniform records.

Process uniform needs for new hires, transfers and terminations.

Pass garment bags back and forth to employees on break, coming to or leaving work.

Counts, organizes and maintains uniform inventory.

Provides basic alterations, mending, and repairs on issued uniforms.

Maintains various personnel related forms for use by employees.

Receives uniforms from terminated employees.

Issues raincoats in and out to Security and Custodial personnel.

Receives, sends out and issues dry cleaning for all supervisory and management staff.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

QUALIFICATIONS

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily with or without reasonable accommodations. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience in working with computer, telephone, calculator and sewing machine.

Age Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.

LANGUAGE SKILLS

Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Knowledge of numerical sequences and file using text or numerical sequences.

REASONING ABILITY

Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving few concrete variables in standardized situations.

Cache Creek Casino Tribal Gaming License.
