The hourly rate for this position ranges from $20.50/hr - $25.00/hr this is the pay range for this position that The Seabird Resort reasonably expects to pay. Decisions regarding individual hourly pay rate will be based on a number of factors, such as experience and education.

Qualifications

In-depth skills and knowledge of all kitchen operations. Capable of producing a consistent product to meet and exceed guests' needs in a timely manner.

  • Refined verbal communication skills.
  • Culinary degree or related hotel experience is preferred.
  • Knowledge of temperature and sanitation guidelines.
  • 4+ years of previous line experience in Banquet capacity.
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time.
  • Ability to take direction for Supervisor and/or Manager.
  • Must have availability to work AM, PM shifts and weekends as needed.
