A Reservations Agent is responsible for providing a warm and impressionable sales experience to guests calling to make room, dining and activity reservations for the hotel. Answer all incoming calls and handle email correspondence via a shared inbox. Provide guests with hotel facility information and answer questions relating to the hotel and local area. Ensure all information is entered into systems accurately;
blocking rooms, posting prepayments, billing no-show reservations, and any other duties as assigned. Communicate regularly with internal departments. Will also perform any other additional duties pertaining to the day-to-day operations of the department.
The hourly rate for this position is $19.76/hr

- Must possess strong typing skills (35wpm)
- Positive and Professional attitude required
- Exceptional time management and communication skills
- Strong at multi-tasking, ability to change priorities quickly
- Energetic and friendly personality
- Previous hospitality experience preferred
- Previous customer service role in call center or reservation center preferred
