Join our dynamic team and work in a beautiful setting with an unobstructed view of the ocean! We are looking for individuals who can provide authentic and memorable experiences that deliver the Southern California Dream to our guests.

Banquet Servers are responsible for transporting banquet plated meals and ensuring banquet buffets are properly filled and cleaned. This person will also bus plates, cups, glasses and silverware. The server will also roll silverware and remove trash as needed. Preferred candidates will have an understanding of state and local serving guidelines. This person will perform at a 5-star Forbes level resort expectation and will arrive timely, well‑groomed, and listen to instruction.

The hourly rate for this position is $17.00/hr

This is an On Call position. There will not be guaranteed set number of hours. This person must work at least one shift every 30 days to stay an active employee.

• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment.
• Must have physical stamina to lift moderate amounts of weight and to carry a tray for plated food service.
• Experience and a thorough understanding of banquet service.
• The ideal candidate will have previous hotel banquet serving experience.
• Professional communication, presentation, and service etiquette.
• 3+ years of serving experience.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
