Front Office associates are responsible for the guest registration process and communication of hotel services and promotions. This highly visible role gives opportunity for casual conversation and has a direct impact on creating the guest experience. Other duties may include processing forms of payment and responding to guest inquiries. You’ll be the face of Hyatt as a Front Office Associate. The hourly rate for this position is $21.23/hr.

- A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast‑paced environment
- Previous hotel front desk experience or 2+ years of customer service strongly preferred
- Refined verbal communication skills
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to lift, pull, and push a moderate weight (about 25 pounds)
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
