Summary
Piper restaurant, located at The Seabird Resort in sunny Oceanside, CA. Guests enjoy fresh, handmade pastas and garden-to-table delicacies in a bright, convivial, California-coastal setting just off the beach. Restaurant is open in the morning for breakfast and freshly pressed juice. By night, Piper transforms into a warmly intimate space with an open kitchen, full bar and wraparound outdoor patio.
The Assistant Food and Beverage Manager will oversee the food and beverage areas within the hotel. Responsibilities may include scheduling, forecasting and training, ensuring compliance with federal, state and local laws as well as all operating procedures. This person may also coordinate special events at the hotel. The Assistant Food and Beverage Manager must have strong communication and analytical skills. Food and Beverage cost control experience is helpful.
Salary range: $70,304.00-$79,400.00. The Seabird Resort reasonably expects to pay within this range. Decisions about individual salaries will be based on experience and education.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2+ years in F&B Management position.
- Wine/beverage knowledge in an upscale environment preferred.
- Strong organizational skills, ability to work with a flexible schedule, team player, dynamic leader.
- Full availability each week including weekends, holidays and overnights.
- Commitment to follow food safety protocols.
- Must be of age to serve and pour alcohol in CA.
