Join our team of compassionate and dedicated caregivers! We proudly serve clients throughout Oceanside, Carlsbad, Encinitas, Vista, San Marcos, Escondido, and Bonsall.

Pay Rate: Starting at $20/hr and up — based on experience and client needs.

Schedule: Flexible hours available. We offer morning, afternoon, and evening shifts depending on each client’s care plan.

• Assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Transfers and mobility support
• Dementia & Alzheimer’s care
• Companionship and engagement
• Personal care and safety monitoring

• Active Home Care Aide (HCA) registration (or willingness to obtain)
• TB test dated within the last 2 months
• A caring and reliable work ethic

• HCA registered (We will help you with this process)
• Drug Screen, Criminal Background Check + Live Scans in California
• Authorized to work in the U.S.

• Support clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as bathing, dressing, preparing meals, medication reminders, light housekeeping, and companionship
• Foster meaningful relationships built on trust and support
• Communicate and document progress with the care team
• Maintain a safe and comfortable home environment for clients
