: $20.00/hr - $26.00/hr

The Behavior Technicians position at In STEPPS is an opportunity to do meaningful work at a growing company. Whether you are starting a career in Psychology or looking for a new ABA company to join, purpose, community, and growth are all possible here.

As a Behavior Technician you will work one-on-one with children with autism in their home, schools, and/or daycares. You will help them develop the life skills necessary to succeed in their communities through our fun and playful intervention model.

• Work 1:1 with clients using ABA and PRT Strategies
• Complete data collection, in-service notes and procedures as outlined by Supervisors
• Participate in all trainings, evaluations and team meetings
• Communicate frequently and effectively with team members
• Bring required materials as needed (toys, iPad, etc. provided by In STEPPS)
• Follow schedule as determined by administrative staff and supervisors
• Comply with all reporting requirements of the company, including all administrative, payroll submissions, billing information, etc., on a timely basis

• High School Diploma required;
  Bachelor’s Degree preferred! (Majors: Education, Child Development, Psychology or related field)
• Reliable car, proof of auto insurance and valid driver's license required
• Clean criminal background check
• 4-8 months of experience in an ABA position preferred or experience in a similar field

• Support and collaboration with your supervisor and clinical team
