Financial Systems Analyst

A company is looking for a Financial Systems Analyst to support Finance and cross-functional partners in delivering scalable financial system solutions.

Key Responsibilities Partner with Finance and business leaders to translate strategic objectives into measurable business and system requirements Lead business requirements activities, including documentation and process mapping with Finance business units Ensure alignment between business needs and platform capabilities across multiple systems and support issue resolution during development and testing Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field 5-10 years of experience as a Financial Systems Analyst or in a similar role within a technology-driven organization Experience supporting project delivery, financial systems integration, and cross-functional initiatives Demonstrated experience developing business requirements and functional specifications Working knowledge of Agile delivery frameworks and experience managing multiple concurrent projects
