Overview
We are conducting a confidential search for a Controller to lead the accounting function within a complex, multi-site manufacturing environment.
This role is best suited for a career Controller with deep technical accounting expertise and proven experience operating at scale.
Key Requirements- 10+ years of progressive accounting/controllership leadership experience
- Public accounting foundation required
- Deep manufacturing industry experience required
- CPA or MBA required
- Prior experience supporting a business/company with $1B+ in annual revenue
- Strong U.S. GAAP, close, consolidation, and control environment experience
- Experience in matrixed organizations and shared services models preferred
This is a highly visible role that demands strong executive presence, disciplined judgment, and the ability to influence effectively across functions.
